Mike Murray is a co-founder of Unitus and served as Board Chair from 2001 to 2006. Mike is committed to large-scale economic and social empowerment of the poor. Through his family foundation, he and his wife have made a multimillion-dollar commitment to Unitus to help achieve its vision. Mike spent 20 years in the personal computer industry, most notably at Apple Computer, where he helped launch the Macintosh, and at Microsoft, where he served as vice president for human resources and administration. Mike holds an engineering degree and an M.B.A., both from Stanford University. He is currently serving as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Philadelphia, on a 3-year volunteer assignment.
