Additionally, Unitus offers paid “comp time” to employees for work-related travel on weekends, provides bereavement leave, and pays regular salaries for time spent at jury duty. - Health Insurance
Unitus pays 100 percent of the monthly premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and their dependents. - 403(b) Retirement Plan
Unitus offers a 403(b) retirement plan to all full time employees. Employees receive an automatic 3% contribution and Unitus will match up to an additional 3% if an employee contributes as well—totaling 6% maximum employer contribution. - Disability and Life Insurance
