Roger has more than 15 years of finance and operations experience across a range of public, private, and nonprofit organizations, including Goldman Sachs, Amazon.com, the Federal Communications Commission, the Cobalt Group, and a number of startups.

Roger earned a B.A. from Brown University and a master’s of public and private management from the Yale School of Management. As co-coordinator of the Yale SOM’s Internship Fund, Roger helped ensure that students who worked for nonprofit organizations during their internships received financial support. Earlier in his career, he served as treasurer for Salish Sea Expeditions and on the finance committee of the Center for Wooden Boats in Seattle. An avid sailor, he recently built a Caledonia yawl. He lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife and two children.
